Welcome to Nanny’s Student Transportation (“Nanny’s”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By enrolling your student in our transportation services, using our website, or making a payment, you (“you” or “Parent/Guardian”) agree to these terms & Conditions.
Please read them carefully.
1. Our Service
We provide door-to-door transportation for students in our service areas. Service areas may change based on demand, route safety, and operational needs.
We aim to offer consistent, caring, and timely service. However, schedules may occasionally be affected by weather, traffic, emergencies, or school calendar changes.
2. Seat Deposit & Payments

A one-time, non-refundable seat deposit of $75 per student is required to reserve your student’s seat.

This deposit does not apply toward your first week’s payment and is separate from ongoing payment plans.

Payment plans (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) must be paid in advance and kept current to maintain service.

Discounts apply automatically for siblings from the same household:

Second student: 50% off

Third+ students: 25% off each

If payment is late, service may be paused until the balance is resolved.
3. Safety & Conduct
We are committed to your child’s safety.

All drivers are background-checked, fingerprinted, and trained in safety procedures.

Students must follow rules for safe riding (stay seated, wear seat belts, respectful behavior).

Repeated unsafe or disruptive behavior may result in suspension of service.
4. Routes & Schedule

Seats and routes are reserved based on your child’s enrollment details.

Changes to pick-up or drop-off addresses must be requested in advance and are subject to approval.

Significant route changes may affect pricing or availability.
5. Service Pauses & Cancellations

We may cancel or delay service due to hazardous weather, road closures, or emergencies.

Parents will be notified as early as possible via phone, text, or email.

If you wish to pause service, please provide notice in writing. Deposits remain non-refundable but may be transferred to a sibling if your child no longer rides.
6. Privacy & Communication
We collect and store your information securely to provide our services.
We may contact you via phone, email, or text for updates about your child’s ride or your account.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services means you accept the new terms.
